| Serendipity has a variety of room offerings and can accommodate couples, families or groups of up to 25. All rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable and include our famous full to-order breakfast for 2 daily. Since our property is large and runs to the beach, the ocean can be easily seen from all rooms, patios and pool area. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in outside areas. Room Prices Do Not Include the Required 14% Mexican Tax. 2 Night Minimum Preferred Weekly Rate (Available March 1 - Dec 1) = 1 Night Free for 7 or More Nights Booked Discounts Available for Baja locals and "returning friends" |

KING BEDROOM/BATHS
| We have six king bedroom/baths which can also be made into two individual beds. Each room has a sitting area, small snack counter with refrigerator, and large bathroom. The two larger upper floor suites have a panoramic view of both the ocean and the mountains with a walk-around patio and sitting area. The ground floor kings are slightly smaller than the suites, but have the same amenities, a shared sitting patio and a choice of either ocean or mountain views. TOWER QUEEN BEDROOM/BATHS
| <------------------------- The Lower Queen bedroom bath has an ocean view over the pool, sitting area, sunken bath, is air conditioned and has a small refrigerator in the room. $120 per night |
| --------------------------> The Upper Queen bedroom has a panoramic view of the ocean, and includes an overlook patio but is the only room that has the bathroom slightly separate from the bedroom. This makes it necessary to walk outdoors a few steps to the bathroom. Air Conditioning and a small refrigerator is also included. $100 per night |

- A deposit of one half of the total, excluding room tax, is
required at the time of reservation, with the second half paid
on arrival. - Once we receive your registration information and the 50%
deposit, your reservation will be confirmed. - A full refund of your deposit will be given if cancellation is 30
days or more before date of arrival. - A 50% refund of your deposit will be given if cancellation is 15
days prior to date of arrival. - No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 15 days
prior to date of arrival. - Please ask about children and pets
