3 Night Minimum preferred
  • A deposit of one half of the total, including room tax,
    is required at the time of reservation, with the
    second half paid on arrival.
  • Once we receive your registration information and
    the 50% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.
  • A full refund of your deposit will be given if
    cancellation is 30 days or more before date of arrival.
  • A 50% refund of your deposit will be given if
    cancellation is 15 days prior to date of arrival.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations less than
    15 days prior to date of arrival.

  • Smoking permitted in outside areas only.
  • Maid service is provided twice a week.  Daily maid
    service is available at an additional cost.
  • Please ask about children and pets
WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS:  Prices vary according to
number of people, length of the event and services
needed.

Use of Property without room rental includes use of:
   parking and entrance areas
   Common pavilion and patio areas,
   Pool, jacuzzi and terraced dining areas
   common bathrooms (4)
   outdoor grill, bar and fire pit area   
We can provide full catering, and/or additional dishes,
tables, chairs, specialized equipment, services or
personnel for an additional cost.  Sample menus and
event coordination is available upon request.  A written
contract will be developed to fit the unique needs of
each event.

GROUPS & RETREATS:  Group and Retreat rates are
available and include rooms and all amenities provided
for special events. A written contract will be developed
to fit the unique needs of each group or retreat.
